Solutions Architect / Technical Strategy Lead

Leapfrog Technology, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect / Technical Strategy Lead to drive product development and provide technical leadership. The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, mentoring engineers, and managing cloud resources within the US health insurance domain.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product development, including client communication to gather, clarify, and document business requirements and workflows
Translate high-level business requirements into technical architecture, system designs, and actionable development tasks, ensuring scalability and seamless system integration
Provide technical leadership and strategic direction across product development, system integration, and cloud infrastructure initiatives
Drive company-wide initiatives related to technical training, recruitment support, and talent retention
Conduct code reviews and quality assessments, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers on best practices and standards
Design, develop, and maintain SDKs for enterprise integrations
Build and publish reusable Node.js packages for internal platforms and client-facing solutions
Architect and develop iOS libraries implementing FIDO2/WebAuthn for passwordless authentication, including biometric security using Apple Secure Enclave
Design and support systems within the US health insurance domain, including platforms supporting ICHRA (Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement) plans
Manage and secure Azure cloud resources, including APIs, Web Application Firewall (WAF), Managed Identity, SSL/TLS certificates, and encryption policies
Define and implement data security, authentication, and cloud governance strategies for enterprise-scale applications

Required

Education: Master of Science in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 120 months (10 years) of prior experience as a Software Engineer/Developer or related role
