The Senior Revenue Cycle Management Analyst role focuses on providing RCM analytics to practice managers and staff, analyzing claims trends, and supporting training and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Provide reporting analysis and support to the RCM National Director to assess training and process needs in the markets and practices
Review and analyze claim denials and trending: educate operations on root causes
Review Key Performance Indicators by practice with practice managers
Prepares and executes improvement plans on missed KPIs in conjunction with National Director of RCM
Attends all training & orientation sessions on RCM education in the markets

Revenue Cycle ManagementAnalytical skillsExcelNext Gen/Athena systemsPayer regulations knowledgeCommunication skillsProject management

Required

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
5+ years' experience in Revenue Cycle in large physician practice or revenue cycle company
Excellent written/verbal & presentation communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of Excel/Outlook/Word/PowerPoint
Experience with front end claim editing systems and eligibility software systems
Knowledge of payer and industry rules and regulations
Ability to work independently without onsite direct supervision
Ability to handle multiple projects and adjust priorities

Preferred

Next Gen/Athena Practice management systems experience a plus
