Helpdesk Support Specialist
Inceed is a staffing direct placement firm that has partnered with a great company to find a skilled Helpdesk Support Specialist. The role involves providing technical support for various technology solutions, managing systems, and ensuring network connectivity and security.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for Active Directory and Office 365
Manage Windows Desktop and Server OS environments
Ensure network connectivity and security
Handle email management and PowerShell usage
Troubleshoot SSL certificates and network issues
Implement and manage phone systems
Restore data using backup solutions
Monitor and alert using vulnerability management tools
Support physical and virtual server environments
Qualification
Required
Associate degree, Bachelor's preferred
Two years industry or equivalent military experience
CompTia A+ Certification or ability to obtain within six months
Proficient in Active Directory and Office 365
Valid Oklahoma Driver's License with a clear record
Preferred
CCNA or similar experience
PowerShell and SSL Certificate troubleshooting
Phone systems implementation and management
Experience with anti-virus and monitoring solutions
