Director of Sales
Tubon Golf Resort & Spa, a premier destination resort in Southern Arizona, is seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead their on-site sales operation. This senior leadership role involves managing a high-performing sales and administrative team to generate significant annual revenue across various business segments.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a sales and administrative team of 3–4 employees
Develop and execute strategy for group, wedding, golf and other resort business
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, site visits, and travel
Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to leadership
Negotiate and manage contracts for group, event, and transient business
Ensure strong coordination between sales, operations, and resort leadership
Maintain accurate data and reporting within CRM and room management systems
Partner with marketing on campaigns, lead generation and conversion strategies
Represent Tubac Golf Resort & Spa professionally in the marketplace and community
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading a sales team in hospitality, resort, or hotel environments
Success generating and managing multi-million-dollar sales portfolios
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with: Cater Ease
Experience with: CVent
Experience with: Microsoft Office 365
Experience with: CRM systems
Experience with: Room Management / PMS systems
Solid understanding of contract negotiation and management
Ability to work on-site and travel as needed for business development
