Responsibilities
Collaborate with business owners, product managers, and solution architects to guide new ideas from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic themes and measurable outcomes
Create and maintain critical business architecture models like Value Streams and Business Capability Maps
Lead workshops that influence and inform key stakeholders across the organization

This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview
Demonstrated knowledge of Business Architecture principles and practices
Familiarity with BIZBOK and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Proficiency in creating business architecture artifacts and facilitating architecture workshops
Working knowledge of architecture tools such as LeanIX
Strong written, verbal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred
Certified Business Architect (CBA) designation
Experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry
Experience working with distributed teams across multiple locations
