Acting as a gatekeeper, ensuring secure entry and monitoring the premises, while providing excellent customer service to residents and guests
Collaborating with the property management team to address any immediate concerns or tasks that arise
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with residents, visitors, and team members
Ability to serve as a reliable gatekeeper, ensuring the premises are secure and welcoming to all approved personnel
Organizational skills and attention to detail to handle cleaning, landscaping, and small-scale maintenance tasks meticulously
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow instructions from property management
Preferred
Experience in training or education is beneficial for learning processes and maintaining high property standards
Previous experience in property maintenance or related fields is a plus but not required
