Operations Engineer
LiveU is the global leader in live IP-video solutions, transforming live video into greater value. The Operations & Manufacturing Engineer will provide technical support, oversee quality control processes, and drive collaboration between various teams to ensure high product quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Provide technical support to U.S. subcontractors as well as Operations, Engineering, and Customer Support teams
Manage Quality Control (QC) processes and ensure compliance with company standards at subcontractor facilities
Investigate and resolve quality issues and Return Material Authorization (RMA)
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and Design for Manufacturing (DFM)
Review, approve, and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality, reliability, and manufacturability
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in Operations/Manufacturing Engineer for Integrated products of electronics, mechanics, and software or a closely related field
Strong hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical technologies
Bachelor's degree or Practical Engineer
Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, repair, and document electrical/mechanical issues
Understanding of Electronics & Hardware
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Exceptional interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, and a proactive, self-motivated approach
Hybrid position - Willingness to travel
Preferred
Familiarity with ERP systems (Priority preferred)
Familiarity with PLM platforms (Agile is an advantage)
