Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, commissioning, and launch of automated manufacturing test systems to support high-volume production
Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver robust, scalable test solutions aligned with Lucid’s automation strategy

Required

2+ years of experience developing automated test equipment for manufacturing
2+ years of experience launching automated test systems on high-volume production lines
BS in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing test engineering
Strong knowledge of electrical & electronic circuits, cables, and connectors
Experience designing electrical schematics (AutoCAD, EPLAN, or equivalent)
Hands-on experience with National Instruments platforms (PXI, cDAQ, cRIO)
Proficiency in test software development, using one or more of: NI LabVIEW, NI TestStand / VeriStand, Python, MATLAB
Experience with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet)
Ability to commission, validate, and troubleshoot test systems using standard electrical test equipment
Experience reviewing test specifications, test sequences, cycle times, and failure modes
Strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills

Preferred

Experience testing electric vehicle powertrain components
