Treasury Product & Payments Lead
Madison-Davis, LLC is a leading, globally active financial institution seeking a Global Treasury Product & Payments Team Lead to join its Treasury and Payments Product organization. This high-impact leadership role involves shaping the strategy, development, and commercialization of global treasury management and payments solutions for sophisticated multinational clients.
Responsibilities
Lead product strategy and execution across global treasury and payments offerings, including cross-border and domestic payment rails (e.g., international wires, global ACH, real-time payments)
Own the full product lifecycle: ideation, market research, roadmap development, prioritization, launch, and ongoing optimization
Drive client-first product design through competitive analysis, benchmarking, and direct client feedback
Develop and manage pricing, costing models, and P&L performance to ensure profitability and market competitiveness
Oversee go-to-market execution, client pilots, sales enablement, and performance tracking using KPIs such as adoption, revenue, and client satisfaction
Lead complex, cross-functional product initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to governance and regulatory standards
Partner with regional and global stakeholders to tailor solutions across markets, including FX integration, reconciliation, reporting, and local clearing systems
Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to inform product evolution
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors/fintech partners
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
5+ years leading teams of product managers
8+ years of product management experience within treasury services, cash management, or payments at large or international financial institutions
Deep expertise in both cross-border and domestic payments ecosystems
Strong command of product management disciplines, including Agile methodologies and roadmap planning
Demonstrated experience with pricing strategy, costing models, and P&L ownership
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a regulated environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior and executive-level stakeholders
Experience operating in a global, matrixed organization; knowledge of regulatory frameworks strongly preferred
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
