Design user-friendly digital assets, including websites, landing pages, and interactive elements
Partner with other creative team members to ensure designs enhance the user journey
Apply accessibility and usability best practices to all design work
Adapt visuals for different audiences, platforms, and environments
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and at a high standard
Explore new design trends, tools, and techniques to elevate user experience
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional design experience with a focus on UX/UI and digital design
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and responsive design
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
Skilled at creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
Able to translate complex concepts into simple, intuitive design solutions
Collaborative and confident in presenting design decisions to stakeholders
Comfortable iterating based on feedback, user testing, and data insights
Detail-oriented with strong layout, typography, and visual design skills
Organized, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Naturally curious and eager to stay current on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices
Must have agency experience
An online portfolio or portfolio website showcasing UX/UI design work and digital marketing materials is required
