Chief Revenue Officer
Bullpen is a rapidly scaling, privately held real estate and housing platform seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to build and lead the company’s revenue engine. This senior executive role involves designing and owning all revenue-generating functions, including sales strategy and go-to-market execution, while partnering closely with the CEO to shape the company’s growth phase.
Responsibilities
Own and scale all revenue-generating functions across sales and marketing
Build and manage multiple sales channels, including:
Institutional / structured buyers
Government and public-sector customers
Direct-to-consumer programs
Design go-to-market strategy, pricing, and commercialization frameworks
Build and lead the sales organization (including the ability to hire senior leaders beneath you)
Establish pipeline management, forecasting, and KPI discipline
Serve as the senior commercial voice with institutional, government, and enterprise counterparties
Partner closely with finance, operations, and leadership on deal structuring and execution
Qualification
Required
7–15+ years of experience in revenue, sales, or commercial leadership
Background in real estate, infrastructure, construction, energy, housing, or capital-intensive platforms
Experience selling complex, bespoke, or structured offerings rather than commoditized products
Has built or scaled revenue functions in a founder-led or growth-stage environment
Senior revenue, sales, or commercial leadership experience in complex, non-commodity businesses
Preferred
Strong preference for candidates with exposure to tax-driven, structured, or bespoke transactions
