Responsibilities
Identify and locate applicable Statements of Work (SOWs for vendors included in the invoicing migration
Correlate third-party resources to SOWs using worker profile and contract data
Validate spend, headcount, contract expiration dates, and remaining budgets for targeted suppliers
Complete and maintain migration templates with required financial, contractual, and operational data
Coordinate with suppliers to confirm invoicing channels and readiness for migration
Support supplier onboarding activities, including collection of tax documentation, banking details, and system setup requirements
Assist with communication, tracking, and execution of Third-Party Administrator (TPA) agreements related to invoicing migration
Ensure all migrated vendors and contracts meet Third-Party Labor and invoicing compliance requirements
Track execution of TPAs and confirm alignment between contracting entities, SOWs, and invoicing platforms
Partner with Procurement and Legal teams to support contract reviews and required SOW amendments
Prepare and deliver completed migration templates to platform leads for system onboarding
Support testing and loading of SOW and supplier data into production environments
Participate in regular stand-ups and update status trackers to support prioritization and stakeholder communication
Monitor migration progress and maintain accurate trackers for supplier onboarding, TPA execution, and invoicing status
Maintain accurate records of migration activities to support governance and reporting requirements
Provide regular status updates to the Contract Migration Lead and/or Project Manager
Proactively identify risks, issues, and data gaps and support resolution efforts
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data validation and reconciliation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with trackers, templates, and reporting tools
Preferred
Experience in procurement operations, contract management, or vendor management
Exposure to third-party labor programs, contingent workforce management, or invoicing workflows
Experience supporting system migrations, process transformations, or large-scale operational initiatives
Familiarity with SAP Fieldglass and/or SAP Ariba (or strong ability to learn new platforms quickly)
Understanding of compliance, governance, and Third-Party Labor policies
