Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of roof- and ground-mount solar installation projects ranging in size from 500kW to 2MW and above, from sale to completion, including working with subcontractors
Interact with and communicate all necessary project information with our customers to provide customers with exceptional service and creating 'raving fans' of Paradise Energy Solutions

Required

Experience with construction project management, including both mechanical and electrical, and related computer programs
Strong leadership, communication, planning and organization skills
Proficiency in computer skills, including both Microsoft and Google
Understanding of NEC codes and ability to read single line diagrams
Able to deal respectfully with municipal officials, utility and engineering personnel
Able to spend time in the field on construction sites and climb ladders to access roofs
Able to travel throughout PA and stay overnight, as needed
Use of all required PPE, including safety harness
Certified in OSHA 30, Fall Protection, and First Aid/CPR/AED
Driver's license with a clean or good driving record
Humble. Able to work well with others, both internally and externally, and promote healthy and functional teamwork
Excited about Solar Energy
Desire to continuously learn and build your knowledge and skills, with full company support and training
