Junior Multimedia Producer | Sales & Marketing
Bowlus is a luxury travel trailer manufacturer seeking a technical creative to own their visual production pipeline. The role involves capturing, editing, and archiving professional-grade photography and video to document the Bowlus lifestyle and brand identity.

Responsibilities
Manage all photography, videography, and editing duties for Bowlus, ensuring a consistent luxury aesthetic across the website, YouTube and our other social channels
Capture high-quality content for marketing campaigns, YouTube longform series, website updates, social media, and sales collateral
Edit both still images and long/short-form video content to professional standards for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Website)
Travel to shows, marketing events, and content capture locations to document the Bowlus experience (approximately 4-6 weeks per year)
Manage the content calendar and production schedule, problem-solving in real-time as marketing priorities evolve
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Film, Photography or equivalent professional experience
2+ years of professional experience in photography, video capture, and editing (both still and video)
Portfolio or documented history demonstrating professional-grade visual storytelling capabilities
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop or equivalent tools
Highly successful at self-directed work - you can take a project from concept to final edit with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills to manage equipment, files, and production timelines in a dynamic environment
Ability to travel for 4-6 weeks per year, sometimes with minimal notice, to attend events and content shoots
Flexibility to work non-standard hours when required
Ability to lift 40 lbs
Valid driver's license
Preferred
You have a degree in Film, Photography, New Media or equivalent on-the-ground experience
You are as comfortable editing a Reel on your phone as you are color-grading footage in Premiere Pro
You like to be outside. Maybe you have a climbing blog, a surf photography Instagram, or just grew up camping in national parks
You want to work directly with company leadership and see how a luxury brand operates
