Quality Assistant Director
The Center for Alternative Sentencing and Employment Services (CASES) is seeking a Quality Assistant Director to assist in the implementation of continuous quality improvement and program performance evaluation. The ideal candidate will have experience with regulatory body policies and will focus on trauma-informed practices and treatment planning for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders.
Responsibilities
Assist the implementation of continuous quality improvement and program performance evaluation of CASES programs
Possess proficiency in trauma-informed practices, assessment, treatment planning, harm reduction, diagnosis, client documentation, incident reporting, person-centered care, training, treatment of people living with serious mental illness, co-occurring substance-use disorders, comorbid medical conditions, and assistance for justice-involved individuals
Be responsive, detail-oriented, and a team player who is competent in timely deliverables
Qualification
Required
Experience in the standard of care, regulatory body policies and regulations administered by the NYS Office of Mental Health
Experience in the standard of care, regulatory body policies and regulations administered by the NYS Office of Addiction Services and Supports
Experience in the standard of care, regulatory body policies and regulations administered by the NYS City Department of Health and Mental Health
Experience in the standard of care, regulatory body policies and regulations administered by the NYS Office of the Medicaid Inspector General
Experience in the standard of care, regulatory body policies and regulations administered by the NYS Department of Health
Experience in the standard of care, regulatory body policies and regulations administered by the NYC Mayor' Office of Criminal Justice
Knowledge of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act
Knowledge of 42 CFR Part 2 Confidentiality for Substance use Disorder Treatment
Knowledge of NYS Justice Center for the Protection of People with Special Needs
Knowledge of Health Home Care Management and Medicaid Manage Care organizations
Proficiency in trauma-informed practices
Proficiency in assessment
Proficiency in treatment planning
Proficiency in harm reduction
Proficiency in diagnosis
Proficiency in client documentation
Proficiency in incident reporting
Proficiency in person-centered care
Experience in training
Experience in treatment of people living with serious mental illness
