Responsibilities
Perform various recruitment activities including job posting, screening and interviewing, and sending job offers to potential candidates
Review employment applications and match applicants with job requirements based on best recruiting practices
Identify and carry out sources for recruiting Security Officers, such as job fairs, colleges and universities, community organizations, etc
Maintain personnel files with utmost discretion
Assist with new hire training and orientation as needed
Carry out various HR/administrative duties
Constant communication with operations management team on recruiting updates, trends, and other hiring factors
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years of age
Must have reliable means of communication & transportation
Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D
Excellent customer service skills required
Reliable and self-motivated with strong planning and organization skills
Must be able to take initiative, achieve results, and meet deadlines
Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas' pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
Preferred
Proficient understanding of Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, Oracle, etc. preferred
Prior experience in high-volume recruitment preferred
