Responsibilities
Engage customers in friendly, authentic conversations about our newest products
Distribute samples and explain key features, benefits, and uses
Create a positive, on-brand experience that drives curiosity and trial
Answer customer questions and gather real-time feedback
Represent the brand at promotional events
Sign up new accounts, grow sales, and achieve individual sales growth plans
Implement and support current promotions
Ensure brand standards are followed at all events
Assist with account promotions as needed
Complete post analysis of all events
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Outgoing and energetic personality
Enthusiastic about representing the brand
Ability to engage customers in friendly, authentic conversations
Ability to distribute samples and explain key features, benefits, and uses
Create a positive, on-brand experience that drives curiosity and trial
Answer customer questions and gather real-time feedback
Represent the brand at promotional events
Sign up new accounts and grow sales
Achieve individual sales growth plans
Implement and support current promotions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, approachable, and comfortable starting conversations
Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude
Strong understanding of the sales cycle and ability to meet goals
Ability to think and move quickly while speaking with customers
Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
Full time availability
Understand and be able to answer basic questions about general brand knowledge, products and the company itself
Ensure brand standards are followed at all events
