Senior LevelBay Shore Staffing is seeking a Senior Fund Analyst to join a collaborative fund administration team in their beautiful Boston office. This role involves reviewing fund financial statements, supporting regulatory filings, and ensuring compliance for registered investment funds.

Responsibilities
Review fund financial statements for accuracy and compliance
Review and support regulatory filings (including N-CSR, N-Q, N-SAR, N-1A updates, and Form 24F-2)
Support tax-related activities, including tax returns, year-end distributions, and 1099 reporting
Review compliance with the Investment Company Act of 1940, IRS regulations, and Prospectus/SAI requirements
Research and resolve regulatory or compliance exceptions
Review fund expense accruals and distribution calculations
Assist with Board materials and regulatory reporting
Partner with internal teams and external service providers
Identify opportunities for process improvements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience in fund accounting, fund administration, or investment operations
Strong knowledge of 1940 Act requirements and regulatory reporting
Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systems
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
