Responsibilities
Build and improve patient-facing mobile experiences used during ERP therapy
Enhance clinician tools and in-session features that support high-quality care
Implement and optimize real-time video and communication components
Improve app performance, reliability, architecture, and long-term maintainability
Collaborate closely with product, design, and clinical teams to solve meaningful user problems
Help shape mobile engineering practices, patterns, and code quality as the team grows
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of professional iOS development experience
Experience shipping and maintaining production iOS apps
Strong proficiency in Swift
Deep hands-on experience with SwiftUI
Comfort with modern async patterns: async/await, Combine
Ability to work independently and move features from concept to production
Solid understanding of mobile architecture, performance, and testing best practices
Clear, effective written and verbal communication
Preferred
Experience working in healthcare, digital health, or building HIPAA-compliant features
Familiarity with video/WebRTC (especially real-time communication experiences)
Experience working at a startup or on a small, highly collaborative team
Objective-C experience is a plus
