Responsibilities

Develop Demand Opportunities: Create and identify new sales opportunities for Apptio solutions through various channels, building a strong pipeline to drive business growth
Progress Opportunities to Close: Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and progress opportunities through the sales cycle to close deals
Solution Sales Expertise: Develop deep knowledge of Apptio solutions, including Cloudability, ApptioOne, Turbonomic, Kubecost and Targetprocess, to effectively communicate their value to clients
Client-Facing Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their goals with Apptio solutions
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives, leveraging industry insights and best practices to stay ahead of the competition

Required

Experience with Apptio solutions, including Cloudability, ApptioOne, and Targetprocess or similar preferred, with the ability to effectively communicate their value to clients
Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to meet business objectives, leveraging industry insights and best practices to stay ahead of the competition
Experience with client-facing engagement, providing expert guidance and support to help clients achieve their goals with technology solutions
Experience in managing sales opportunities through the sales cycle, from initial identification to close
Experience with the IT industry, including trends, challenges, and best practices related to cloud-based solutions and IT management

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree
Experience with the latest IT industry trends, challenges, and best practices related to cloud-based solutions and IT management, enabling informed sales strategies and effective client engagement
Experience with cloud-based solutions, including their applications, benefits, and challenges, to provide expert guidance and support to clients
Experience in selling technology solutions, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle, from initial identification to close, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
