Insurance Account Representative
State Farm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Account Representative to join their dynamic team. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships while promoting various insurance products and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products to meet those needs
Engage in outside sales activities, including networking and community events, to generate new business opportunities
Handle telemarketing efforts to reach potential clients and promote insurance services
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
Assist with sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in retail sales, outside sales, or telemarketing is preferred
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to commute to Omaha, NE 68164 (Required)
Ability to relocate to Omaha, NE 68164 before starting work (Required)
Preferred
Familiarity with insurance sales is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
