Talent Aquisition Sourcer
LHH is seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Sourcing Specialist) to focus exclusively on building strong top-of-funnel talent pipelines. This role centers on sourcing high-quality candidates, conducting initial screenings, and partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to support hiring needs across the organization.
Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and attract candidates through proactive sourcing strategies using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, and other platforms
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate experience, skill sets, interest level, and alignment with open roles
Assess candidate fit and effectively match profiles to priority openings in partnership with TA Partners
Share market insights, talent availability updates, and sourcing challenges/opportunities with the TA team
Maintain accurate and timely candidate records, activity notes, and pipeline data in Phenom and other recruiting systems
Track sourcing metrics, funnel activity, and candidate engagement data to ensure transparency and performance insights
Leverage analytics to refine sourcing strategies and improve funnel effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, ideally within a fast-paced corporate or agency environment
Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Phenom, Boolean search, and other sourcing platforms
Ability to manage multiple pipelines, prioritize reqs, and adjust sourcing tactics based on role complexity
