Fiber Sales Associate (Part Time) Terre Haute

Responsibilities
Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, and relationship building within assigned territories
May conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to residential and/or business customers, as well as internal teams
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Gather, analyze, and report data to assist in decision-making related to new service area deployments
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
Assess neighborhood and business area viability using mapping software and other analytical tools
Document all sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities accurately in Joink’s CRM system
Collaborate effectively with marketing, customer service, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Joink products, services, pricing, and competitive landscape
Participate in regular sales meetings and provide updates on sales activities, pipeline, and market feedback
May conduct field scouting and research to identify potential market areas for Joink’s fiber network services
Deliver quality work within established deadlines while managing multiple customer accounts and opportunities
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors' degree preferred
2-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field preferred
Candidate must be willing to reside near or commute to a Joink office (Currently within Illinois: Taylorville, Hillsboro; Indiana: Terre Haute)
Strong analytical and research skills
Ability to interpret geographical data and maps
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Ability to use CRM and data collection software effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor
Ability to evaluate situations and adjust to changing priorities
Ability to prioritize workload, completing all assignments in a timely manner
Preferred
Bachelors' degree
2-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field
