Assist in evaluating business requirements

Support system implementation
Perform data analysis
Assist with technical documentation
Collaborate with technical teams and key stakeholders to enhance system efficiency and usability
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Systems Analysis and Analytical Skills to evaluate system performance and ensure efficiency in operations
Strong knowledge of Information Technology and experience in Business Analysis, including gathering requirements and supporting technology-driven projects
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues through effective Troubleshooting skills
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaborative skills
Preferred
Familiarity with system integration and tools is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
