The role requires strong commercial insurance experience and excellent organizational skills to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Responsibilities
Service and manage a commercial P&C book of business
Market and renew commercial insurance accounts
Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, and policy changes
Conduct policy reviews and coverage analysis
Prepare and submit insurance applications
Quote commercial accounts
Handle client communications via phone and email with a high level of responsiveness
Maintain accurate documentation and workflows in the agency management system
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience (required)
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment
High level of self-motivation and accountability
Preferred
HawkSoft agency management system experience (preferred)
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Property & Casualty: 5 years (Preferred)
Hawksoft Management System: 2 years (Preferred)
