Account Executive
DWS ProSearch is a nationwide leader in light industrial staffing, seeking an experienced Account Executive to identify, prospect, and sell new business in the Tampa market. The role involves leading the sales cycle, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Prospect and acquire new clients in the manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse industries
Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact through account management
Build consultative relationships focused on understanding and solving client staffing needs
Execute sales strategies and deliver compelling presentations
Travel daily to meet prospects, close deals, and maintain client relationships in assigned territory
Achieve sales targets and provide regular updates to leadership
Qualification
Required
MUST live in the Jacksonville Area
2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
Demonstrated success selling services (Not products)
Prospect manufacturing, logistics or production companies
Must be self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel daily in assigned territory (Tampa, FL)
Preferred
Staffing or light industrial workforce sales experience (a plus, not required)
Experience negotiating/presenting and pricing new business
Existing relationships/knowledge of manufacturing/ logistics in assigned territory
