Facilities Project Manager

They are seeking a Facilities Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of Bell facilities projects, including planning, design, construction scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery
Review and approve budgets, cost estimates, and change orders; ensure cost control measures are in place
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts with architects, engineers, and contractors
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on the project
Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Bell health and safety standards
Provide regular project updates to senior management, including status reports on schedule, budget, and key milestones
Address project challenges promptly, working with all parties to resolve issues effectively and maintain progress

Required

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture. Related degrees with relevant experience will be considered
Minimum 5 years of construction management experience
Familiarity with project delivery methods, including Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build
Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulatory compliance requirements and strong commitment to quality, safety and ethical practices
Exceptional organization skills with attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experienced in developing, implementing and improving processes
Understanding of financial management and analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of design and construction management principles, methods, and practices with ability to read and interpret construction drawings, contracts, and specifications
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to foster collaboration among diverse teams
