Responsibilities
Lead and supervise on-site construction teams, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship
Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and subcontractors to execute unique and custom interior designs
Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to meet client expectations
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications
Oversee the installation of custom finishes and materials with precision
Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their vision and address project requirements
Proactively identify and resolve challenges to keep projects on track
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Superintendent in custom residential interior construction in NYC is a MUST
In-depth knowledge of custom construction materials, finishes, and techniques
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Proficiency in project management software
Ability to manage multiple custom projects concurrently
