This role is responsible for delivering the full recruitment lifecycle across various modern technology disciplines and ensuring a positive candidate hiring experience.

Responsibilities
Recruiters must build deep-rooted relationships with candidates. Direct Hire approach, candidate control and understanding the ins and outs of candidate drivers and compensation
Partner with division heads and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs, conduct intake calls and build effective recruitment strategies
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of qualified candidates
Use various channels (LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals) to identify and attract top technology talent
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Maintain and update the ATS (Bull horn) with accurate candidate and job data
Collaborate with team members to improve employer branding and candidate engagement strategies
Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and provide regular reports to leadership
Stay informed on trends, tools, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
6+ years of recruiting experience
Proven experience hiring for a range of technical roles
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment
