Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting and reviewing pleadings, legal research and analysis, motion practice, and oral advocacy

Required

At least six (6) years complex commercial litigation experience
Experience with landlord and tenant litigation
Experience with premises liability
Experience with HOA and landlord-tenant compliance
Experience with real estate
Demonstrated experience in all aspects of litigation
Focus on complex commercial matters
Ability to handle all phases of litigation
Experience in drafting and reviewing pleadings
Experience in legal research and analysis
Experience in motion practice
Experience in oral advocacy
Superior writing skills
Strong analytical and research abilities
Excellent communication skills
Admission to the Georgia Bar is required

Preferred

Admission to the Alabama Bar is a plus
