They are seeking a Veterinary Customer Service Representative to maintain the reception area, greet clients, schedule appointments, and provide emotional support during challenging times.

Responsibilities
Maintain the visual appeal of the hospital reception area
Greet and welcome clients and patients
Answer questions and triage client concerns
Answer calls or emails and direct to the appropriate party for resolution
Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow
Check in and check out clients and process payments
Offer friendly emotional support in a compassionate and discreet manner during times of need to clients
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of veterinary experience preferred or 3+ years customer service experience in other fields
Compassionate, calm team player with a positive attitude
Exceptional multitasking abilities and strong communication skills
Highly organized with excellent computer proficiency
Self-motivated, with a desire to continuously learn and grow in your role
Ability to handle emotionally charged situations with professionalism and resilience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in difficult or emotional circumstances
Comfortable working in a veterinary environment—must not be squeamish
Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and manage multiple priorities effectively
