Marketing & CRM Coordinator
Schwob Energy Services is a fast-growing, execution-driven EPC and construction partner. They are seeking a Marketing & CRM Coordinator who will support business development and executive teams by managing CRM systems, analyzing data, and developing marketing content.
Responsibilities
Manage, maintain, and optimize the company CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Build and maintain dashboards tracking leads, pursuits, and BD performance
Ensure data integrity, accurate forecasting, and timely reporting for leadership
Conduct market, client, and competitor research to support strategic decisions
Develop professional marketing materials including capability sheets, brochures, and one-pagers
Draft news releases, announcements, and social media content
Support website updates, digital content, and online presence
Assist with proposals, formatting, and document production
Create visually engaging graphics, diagrams, infographics, and illustrations
Build high-impact PowerPoint presentations for executive meetings and client proposals
Support branding initiatives, event materials, and multimedia content
Partner with BD, engineering, PMs, and leadership to gather content and develop deliverables
Maintain templates, asset libraries, and marketing processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar field (or equivalent experience)
2–5 years of experience in marketing, CRM management, analytics, or communications
Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Strong PowerPoint and graphic design skills (Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar)
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and build dashboards
Excellent writing, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
