Responsibilities
Define and execute the partnerships strategy across technology, channel, and strategic partners
Source, negotiate, and manage partner relationships from launch through scale
Work cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership to activate and grow partnerships
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or alliances
Proven track record of building partnerships that drive measurable revenue
Experience owning partner strategy end to end
Strong negotiation and deal structuring skills
Experience working with sales teams on co selling and referrals
Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong stakeholder management and prioritization skills
Preferred
Experience building partner programs from scratch
Background in B2B SaaS or high growth startups
Experience with technology or platform partnerships
Familiarity with channel and reseller models
Experience working with enterprise customers
Comfort presenting to executives and external partners
Experience managing partner marketing initiatives
Experience owning partner sourced pipeline and revenue
