Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports
Recommends design modifications. Responsible for HVAC and Plumbing equipment selection and design
Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications, such as design-build projects (HVAC and plumbing)
Value engineering assistance on design-assist and plan-spec projects
Perform heating and cooling load calculations, heat transfer, fluid analysis, pressure calculations, and equipment selections as related to Design Build and Design Assist projects
Apply knowledge of standards, codes, regulations, and industry best practices to designs
Creation of code-compliant bid/construction/permit documents for Design Build projects
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports
Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications (HVAC and plumbing)
Systems evaluations, analysis, and reporting, including energy analysis and life cycle cost analysis
Recommends design modifications for Design Assist and Value Engineered projects. Responsible for HVAC and Plumbing equipment selection and design
Manage multiple concurrent projects to meet project milestones and deliverables with assigned sales, estimating, and project management personnel, delivering and supporting quality products on time and within budget
