This role involves managing a caseload, handling litigation matters, and collaborating closely with senior attorneys and clients.

Responsibilities
Handle local and national litigation matters throughout California
Independently manage a defense litigation caseload
Conduct and defend depositions
Prepare fact and expert witnesses for depositions and trial
Review, analyze, and manage discovery materials
Draft and respond to discovery requests, pleadings, and motions
Support trial preparation and courtroom proceedings
Maintain accurate and timely billing and case records
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in general liability and/or product liability defense
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active admission to practice law in the State of California
Experience with motion practice and depositions
Experience taking lead in plaintiff and expert depositions
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
Preferred
Experience managing complex litigation matters
