Responsibilities
Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and timely
Match, batch, and code invoices
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Prepare and process weekly check runs and ACH payments
Maintain AP files and ensure compliance with company policies
Respond to vendor inquiries and collaborate with internal teams
Assist with month-end close support related to AP
Qualification
Required
3+ years of accounts payable experience
Experience with high-volume invoice processing
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with accounting systems/ERP platforms
Solid Excel skills
