Responsibilities
Organize and distribute education assets including education video links, product one-pagers, and product training guides
Ensure all materials reflect the most current product info, claims, visuals, and messaging
Maintain and update the Master Product File, including new SKUs, discontinued SKUs, and ongoing changes
Track deadlines and support process improvements to keep the MPF organized, efficient, and easily accessible
Place and track all samples, gratis, and replenishment orders through NetSuite
Oversee the Marketing gratis cabinet, including organization and product restocks
Prepare and ship samples for Education and Marketing needs from the LA HQ
Support logistics, shipping, and event needs, including attending on-set filming for education videos and providing on-site support for training and events as needed
Be able to speak about OUAI products when supporting training or events
Track progress on Education deliverables and timelines across multiple launches
Support meeting prep, notetaking, note organization, and overall team organization
Qualification
Required
1+ years of professional experience in a related role
Passionate about beauty and excited to grow within Brand Marketing and Education
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Natural multitasker comfortable balancing multiple deadlines and cross-functional partners
Proficient in Google Workspace and Outlook; experience with Asana or NetSuite is a plus
Based in the Los Angeles area and able to be in-office twice a week
