Qualification
Required
Proficient in general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, painting, and cleaning
Ability to inspect properties, identify necessary repairs, and execute make-ready tasks efficiently
Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
Capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in an on-site environment
Flexibility to perform manual labor and physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment as needed
Availability to work full-time hours, with potential for additional hours as necessary
High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade certifications are a plus
Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and communicate maintenance updates effectively
Preferred
Experience in property management or rental property maintenance is highly preferred
