This role will serve as a key liaison to an internal affiliate group, collaborating across departments to enhance HR processes and communications.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for an internal business group, supporting daily HR coordination
Support internal recruiting activities including interview scheduling and follow-ups in partnership with the Talent Development team
Monitor HR task progress, manage incoming requests/tickets, and suggest process or tool improvements
Partner with Finance to support cost tracking, vendor maintenance, and invoice processing
Support HR programs and policies by coordinating communications and updates through internal channels (intranet)
Coordinate company-wide initiatives such as service award programs
Assist HR Business Partners with maintaining HR procedures and guidelines
Maintain accurate employee and contractor records within HR databases/HRIS systems
Provide general administrative support and ensure day-to-day HR operations run efficiently
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
2-3 years of experience in HR coordination or a related administrative role
Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently and collaboratively
Preferred
HRIS experience preferred
Process improvement mindset is a plus
