Responsibilities

Support the OD team on key projects and deliverables

Identify automation and process improvements

Research and analyze HR topics

Present findings to leadership and cross-functional partners

Draft clear communications, job aids, user guides, and training materials

Apply program management skills to track initiatives

Required

Currently enrolled at a college or university and working towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Organizational Development or IO Psychology

Required to work independently and manage time to meet goals

Strong writing, presentation and analytical skills

Strong organizational, time management and problem solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Proficient in Microsoft Teams

Experience managing multiple assignments

Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation

Required to be 18 years or older

Preferred

Junior or Senior class standing at a college or university and working towards a Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Organizational Development, IO Psychology, or Human Resources management

Experience with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Word, Outlook and MS Teams, Qualtrics or other survey platforms

Knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of this particular field of specialization
