Responsibilities

Perform the selling of a part of the Capgemini portfolio
Find sales opportunities and create conditions for success
Lead the sales strategy and customer network relationships
Negotiate contracts and get them signed
Define a target and choose strategic ways to act to reach it
Master the portfolio and create and pitch effective storytelling
Define and implement a clear sales strategy for the assigned territory
Balance add-on sales and new logos in alignment with Capgemini strategy
Understand the client within the context of the industry, competition, and challenges
Apply a value pricing mindset and master negotiation skills to close significant deals

Required

Responsible for a given territory and must perform the selling of a part of the Capgemini portfolio
In charge of finding sales opportunities, creating the conditions to success when identifying an opportunity
Leading the sales strategy and customer network relationships
Negotiating the contract and getting it signed
Acts with great autonomy but uses the full power of the sales team Group
Defines a target and chooses the strategic ways to act to reach the target
Masters the portfolio and creates and pitches an effective storytelling
Capitalizes on previous projects and experiences to present solutions to the customer according to its agenda and maturity
Defines and implements a clear sales strategy, including the ecosystem, for the assigned territory
Balances the add on sales and new logos, and aligns with Capgemini strategy and priorities
Is insight driven and forward looking: understands the client within the context of the industry, the competition, the domain and its challenges and agenda
Applies a value pricing mindset rather than a cost and CM logic
Masters negotiation skills to close significant deals at the best possible price, not defaulting to discounting
