Qualification
Required
Excellent oral and written communication skills for interaction with agents and other employees in providing assistance and explaining underwriting decisions, company policies, practices and procedures while adhering to corporate privacy guidelines
Ability to work with little supervision and to act independently
Current knowledge of policy coverages and guidelines
Excellent telephone manner and ability to make routine decisions and recognize situations requiring management involvement
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation
