Responsibilities
Design, program, and deploy PLC-based control systems for industrial equipment
Develop HMI / user interfaces and integrate controls with existing plant systems
Lead system testing, validation, and performance optimization
Support commissioning, start-up, and on-site troubleshooting activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance control strategies and system reliability
Maintain clear documentation for control logic, system architecture, and testing phases
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related discipline
3–5 years of hands-on PLC programming experience, managing projects from start to finish
Strong experience with industrial heating, burners, or combustion control systems
Proficiency with major PLC platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or equivalent
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and control drawings
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
