Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Network Operations/NOC team; act as escalation point
Oversee design, implementation, and support of LAN, WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, and cloud networks
Monitor network performance, manage incidents, and drive rapid resolution
Plan and execute upgrades, changes, and capacity planning
Collaborate with IT, business teams, and vendors to meet SLAs
Maintain documentation, dashboards, and operational reports
Qualification
Required
15+ years overall IT/networking experience
4–6 years in Network Operations/NOC (incident response, on-call)
2–5 years in a lead or leadership role
Strong expertise in Cisco technologies (Nexus, ACI, SD-WAN, Wireless)
Experience with NMS and ITSM tools
CCIE or equivalent in routing, switching, and wireless
