They are hiring a Paint Project Manager to oversee residential and light commercial painting projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities
Manage painting projects from kickoff through closeout
Act as the main point of contact for clients - answering calls, emails, and text messages
Maintain quality control and lead the customer’s experience - ensuring they are exceptionally satisfied
Support field crews with clear scope, priorities, and expectations. Daily managing 4-6 crews at a time
Provide assistance in initial training and ongoing oversight to all under direct supervision, ensuring each is competent in their required skill set and productive in their assigned role
Coordinate schedules, walkthroughs, and key milestones
Monitor job progress, quality, safety, and budget
Facilitate and manage change orders and documentation throughout the entire process
Lead final walkthroughs and ensure clean project closeout
Qualification
Required
2+ years of previous management experience in painting or construction
Strong organization and communication skills
Comfortable organizing weekly/monthly calendar to ensure efficient processes
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Problem solving and customer relation skills
Create a great work environment while upholding standards and accountability
Crew management: 2 years
Preferred
Previous experience working on jobsites
