Qualification
Required

Proven ability in sales management and leadership, including coaching and team development
Capability to deliver training and motivate team members to achieve results
High level of organization and time-management skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred
Passion for fashion and knowledge of AEO's brand offerings is a plus
