They are seeking a Staff Accountant/Analyst to provide research and analysis of accounting data, maintain financial records, and assist with documentation for auditing purposes.

Responsibilities
Provide research and comparative analysis of accounting data
Compile and maintain financial records such as journals, ledgers
Design and maintain workflow for gathering and analyzing data
Make all entries as required in proper software application
Assist with documentation for auditing purposes
Operate computer programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information
Research variances, error or anomalies in work product, escalating to management if significant
Comply with federal, state and company policies, procedures and regulations
Prepare report for management review as directed
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Two years of functional accounting experience
Proficient use of applicable technology
Able to work in team environment
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
