Fire Sprinkler Account Manager
Topa Group, Inc. is partnered with a Fire Alarm & Fire Sprinkler Integrator in the Orange County area seeking a driven Account Manager for their sales team. The role involves generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth for fire protection systems including fire alarm and sprinkler systems.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, property managers, engineers, and building owners
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories and market segments
Prepare detailed proposals, bids, and quotations for fire alarm and sprinkler projects, including service, inspection, retrofit, and new installations
Collaborate with design and estimating teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with codes and customer requirements
Conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments to determine scope of work
Negotiate terms and close sales while maintaining profitability goals
Follow up on leads, attend networking events, and represent the company in trade organizations and industry events
Maintain a strong understanding of NFPA codes, AHJ requirements, and industry standards
Work closely with operations and project management to ensure successful project handoff and customer satisfaction
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and margin goals
Qualification
Required
3+ years of sales experience in the fire protection or life safety industry (fire alarm and/or sprinkler)
Proven track record of developing and closing sales opportunities
Strong technical understanding of fire alarm systems (Notifier, Edwards, Siemens, etc.) and sprinkler systems
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Working knowledge of NFPA 13, 25, 70, and 72 preferred
