Senior LevelCreospan Inc. is seeking an experienced Workday Test Lead to support a large-scale Workday migration project. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Workday testing, data migration, and functional validation, along with proven leadership and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Workday testing across multiple modules
Define and execute test strategies, plans, and scripts
Manage defect tracking, risk mitigation, and test reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide status updates
Mentor junior testers and ensure QA best practices
Qualification
Required
Extensive hands-on Workday testing experience (Data Migration, Functional, Integrations, E2E)
Strong knowledge of HCM, Payroll, Absence, Recruiting, Compensation
Experience leading testing teams and coordinating onshore/offshore resources
Prior Workday Phase 0 migration project experience
Workday test automation experience using tools like Kainos Smart Test, Opkey, or TOSCA
Preferred
API/automation testing experience using Selenium, RestAssured, ReadyAPI
