Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within targeted nutraceutical and natural ingredient markets
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned customer accounts
Develop and maintain long-term customer partnerships through consultative selling
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and outstanding customer experiences
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
Represent Huisong Inc. with professionalism, integrity, and a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
Work closely with the VP of Sales to execute regional growth strategies
Contribute to short- and long-term business planning initiatives
Support the development and implementation of regional sales processes and best practices
Partner with internal stakeholders including marketing, operations, quality, and business support teams

Required

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Minimum of 2 years of direct experience selling nutraceutical or natural ingredients to B2B customers
Strong ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Professional, approachable demeanor with a positive attitude
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship

Preferred

Overall sales experience in one or more of the following industries is preferred, but not required: Dietary supplements, Food & beverage ingredients, Pharmaceuticals, Essential oils or fragrance manufacturing or distribution
Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Nutrition Science, Plant Science, or a related field strongly preferred
